OUR THOUGHTS, WORDS AND DEEDS WEAVE THE THREADS THAT DEFINE THE TRUTH

September 18, 2020

Good Morning,

GOD is knocking at the door. GOD is ringing the bell. Do me a favor, open the door and let ’em in. GOD is before you in everything you experience. GOD is the breath that crosses your lips, the morning sun that breaks the horizon and your neighbor that smiles at you when you are walking down the street. GOD is always there and has never left your side. For it’s impossible for you to be without GOD. You cannot exist without Spirit. You think, therefore GOD is. GOD is Love, Acceptance and Forgiveness. GOD is the source of all expressions and will embrace all expressions that find their way back home. As prodigal and ignorant as you may be, all you have to do is open the door. You must clearly understand, the choice has always been yours! GOD is right here, right now…this moment. Did you catch that breath? Recognizing the Truth, is a hurdle, Surrendering to the Truth is a hurdle, Believing in the Truth without question is a mountain. Yet, we all have the tools to climb the mountain. To climb towards Truth, you must believe in the Spirit more strongly than you believe in the flesh. Know that GOD gives freely, GOD is abundance, GOD is always with you and you have closed the door. So the question is, how do you open the door? That is between you and GOD. Everything that exists is a unique expression of GOD. Therefore, your door is unique expression of you. Communion and stepping outside your limited mundane thinking are initial baby steps towards turning the door knob. Nonetheless, discovering GOD through the events along your path, the choices you make and the ripples you cast are a second set of steps. Surrendering to your Spirit and to believe without question would allow the door to open. This would be your aha moment, the “how did you not know moment” where enlightenment supersedes ignorance. A place were limited human thinking is surpassed by unlimited knowing. Your belief should not be a statement or accusations of vapor, it should be the brick and mortar of experiences that raise you up towards a knowledge of GOD that you have witnessed to be true. You are in the perfect place at the perfect moment to discover GOD and to discover yourself. Remember the flesh is weak, yet the spirit is strong. You must let go of what you’ve been told, let go of the mundane illusions that are valued by the common and reach for the Truth. You must search and discover the Spirit within to step outside the common ideals. You must strive in the word of Spirit more strongly than the word of the flesh. This is the path to heaven.

You are defined by your thoughts, words and deeds. All ripples of your trinity must be in sync to experience Grace. One action not in harmony will counter the others, thus a failure to glimpse the Truth through the foibles of flesh and ignorance of lies. So the point is simple, You must believe without question and your belief must embody your thoughts, words and deeds. This is a common thread within the teachings of Jesus anything less is a facade…a lie…a half truth and most of the world bites into these half true perceptions…hook, line and sinker.

Threads of Belief without Question:

Mark 11:22–25 Jesus answered. If you do not doubt in your heart but believe that what you say will happen, it will be done for you.

Mark 5:25–31 Jesus tells the woman of suffering, daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace, and be healed of your affliction.

Matthew 14:25–30 Peter walked on the water to go to Jesus. But he was afraid; and beginning to sink he cried out, saying, “Lord, save me!” Immediately Jesus stretched out His hand and caught him, and said to him, “O you of little faith, why did you doubt?”

Mark 9:23–24 Jesus said to him, “If you can believe, all things are possible to those who believe.” Immediately the father of the child cried out and said with tears, “Lord, I believe; help my unbelief!”

John11:40 Jesus said, “Did I not tell you that if you believe, you will see the Glory of God?”

John 6:63–64 It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are Spirit, and they are life. But there are some of you who do not believe.

John 6:35 God is the bread of life. Those who surrender to God shall never hunger, and Those who believe in God shall never thirst.

Threads of Thoughts, Words and Deeds:

John 4:23–24 The time has come when the true worshipers will worship God in the Spirit and in Truth, for they are the kind of worshipers that God seeks. God is Spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in Truth.

Mark 11:17 My house will be called a house of prayer for all nations.

John 8:15–18 You judge according to the flesh; I judge no one. Yet if I do judge, My judgment is true; for I am not alone, but I am with the Father who sent Me. It is also written in your law that the testimony of two men is true. I am One who bears witness of Myself, and the Father who sent Me bears witness of Me.

Mark 11:25 When you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive them, so that your Father in heaven may forgive you.

Luke 23:34 Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they do.”

Matthew 5:14–16 You are the light of the world. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.

John 3:11 Speak what you know and testify what you have seen, so others will receive your witness.

John 3:21 Those who do the truth come to the light, that their deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God.

Matthew 22:37–40 Jesus said unto him, Thou shall love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. Second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.

Matthew 26:39–42 Jesus went away, fell to his face and prayed, “My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from Me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as You will.” A second time, He went away and prayed, “My Father, if this cup cannot pass away from Me unless I drink it, Your will be done.”

Release the Salt of the Earth:

Matthew 5:13 If you are the salt of the earth; but lose your flavor, how shall you be seasoned? You are then good for nothing but to be thrown out and trampled underfoot by men.

John 11:9–10 If anyone walks in the day, they stumble not, because they see the light of this world. But if a someone walks in the night, they stumble, because they hide the light in them.

Open the Door:

Matthew 7:7–8 Ask, it shall be given to you; seek, and you shall find it; knock, and it shall be opened for you: For every one that asks shall receive; and those that seek shall find; and to them that knock, the door of God shall open.

Jeremiah 33:3 Thus says God, Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know.

Psalm 145:18 God is near to all who call upon God in Truth.

The Door has always been there. God is closer than your breath, and nearer than your hands and feet. So you need to ask yourself, do you choose salt or light? Are you so seasoned that the door pays you no mind? The choice has always been yours. So don’t blame your neighbor, don’t blame your spouse, don’t blame the people who rob and cheat you, don’t blame your hurdles, don’t blame your status and absolutely, do not blame God. Your choice, your responsibility and the door knob is right there in your grasp!

Someone is knocking at the door.
